These terms govern purchases from Nordic Sirene and apply to all orders placed through our online store. Your consumer rights are protected under the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), the Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven), the E-Commerce Act (Ehandelsloven), and the Marketing Act (Markedsføringsloven).

All prices include VAT (Value Added Tax) and any applicable fees.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of bikinis in the order and will be displayed at checkout.

We offer free shipping for orders over 5,000 NOK to the following countries: 🇳🇴 🇸🇪 🇩🇰 🇫🇮 🇩🇪 🇧🇪.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Vipps.

For card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Vipps), the amount is charged immediately upon purchase.

For invoice payments (Klarna), the invoice is issued when the item is shipped.
2. Shipping & Delivery
2.1 Delivery Time

In-stock items are typically shipped within 2–5 business days.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer — thank you for your patience and support. -
Made-to-order items may have a longer processing time.
2.2 Shipping Method

We use Bring for both domestic and international shipping.

Delivery times vary between 1-5 business days, depending on the destination.
2.3 Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
2.4 Risk & Responsibility

The risk of the goods is transferred to you upon receipt.

If the package is lost during transport, we take full responsibility and will resend the order at no extra cost.
3. Right of Withdrawal (Returns & Refunds)
Under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day after you receive the item.
3.1 How to Return an Item

Complete the Withdrawal Form – You can find it by clicking here, at the bottom of the page, contact us via chat, or email us at contact@nordicsirene.com for further guidance.

Return the item – The return must be shipped within 14 days of notifying us about your withdrawal.

Condition of the item – It must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
For a return to be accepted, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. We cannot accept returns of items that:

Contain pet hair, dust, or other impurities

Have a strong odor from perfume, smoke, or other external factors

Show signs of wear beyond what is necessary to assess fit and quality
Swimwear and underwear must be tried on over clean underwear for hygiene reasons. If a returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to decline the return.
3.2 Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3.3 Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we have received the item or proof that it has been sent.

The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Exceptions from the right of withdrawal:

Discounted items (if specified).
4. Complaints & Warranty (If Something Is Wrong with Your Item)
If your item is faulty or defective, you can file a complaint under the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven).
4.1 Complaint Period

You can file a complaint within 2 years (5 years if the product is intended to last longer).

The complaint must be submitted within 2 months of discovering the defect.

The warranty applies to manufacturing defects but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from use, washing, or storage. For underwear and swimwear, the warranty is only valid if the item is unused or if the defect is discovered before use.

4.3 Your Rights in Case of a Faulty Item
You have the right to:
✅ Repair or replacement (free of charge)
✅ A price reduction if the issue cannot be resolved
✅ A full refund if the defect is significant
We cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrectly delivered items.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or model), we offer exchanges.
5.1 How to Exchange an Item

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will ship the replacement item.
Note: Exchanges apply only to items with selectable variants (sizes, colors, etc.).
6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order:
✔ Anytime before the item has been shipped – free of charge.
❌ After the item has been shipped, the right of withdrawal applies.
To cancel an order, email contact@nordicsirene.com as soon as possible.
